Ingredients
- Chicken (small cubes) --> 500 grams
- Salt --> 1/2 tsp
- Sugar --> 3 tbs
- Oil --> 4 Tbs
- Corn Starch --> 2 to 3 tbs
- Red Chili Flakes --> 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Stock --> 1 to 2 cubes
- Garlic --> 2 to 3 cloves
- Tomato Paste --> 1 tbs
- Tomato Catchup --> 1/2 cup
- Vinegar --> 2 tbs
- Diced Green Bell-pepper and Onion cubes (optional)
Marination
Marinate chicken with salt, sugar (1 tbs), corn starch, oil and red chili flakes. Put it in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
Cooking Method
- Deep fry chicken, put one by one and shouldn't stick together.
- In a pan, add 3 tbs oil and add chopped garlic.
- As garlic changes color, add tomato paste and fry for few seconds.
- Now add hot water , chicken stock cubes, catchup, sugar (2 tbs), salt and chicken.
- Add corn starch (dissolved in water) and make the gravy thickness as per your desire.
- Add vinegar and check salt and sugar (add more if you want as per your taste)
- After turning off burner, add onion and bell-pepper (Its your choice, if you like it to add other wise skip it)
